Refund policy

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products. However, we understand that there will be cases when our products may not be the right match for you. If this is the case, please read below for more details about our refund policy.

 

EBOOKS

We have a 'no exchange and no return' policy for ebooks (i.e. PDF), which means you cannot exchange nor refund any of our ebooks.

MERCHANDISE

Merchandise (e.g. t-shirts) can only be returned back to our supplier (i.e. Redbubble) within 90 days after receiving your order for most items. Masks are returnable within 14 days of receipt. If you have your email address and order number ready, you can submit your return by clicking through this button and filling out this form.
